Production Process

Bestware offers a one-stop production process service, encompassing R&D design, mold manufacturing, shell mold production, gravity casting, CNC machining, CNC lathe production center services, welding, polishing, and more. We rely on advanced high-precision three, four, and five-axis CNC machining equipment, which ensures processing accuracy down to the micrometer level, laying a solid foundation for the meticulous fabrication of products. On this basis, we further utilize high-precision 2D and 3D measurement equipment to conduct comprehensive and precise measurements of the products from all angles, effectively obtaining actual product data. Through this series of rigorous measurement processes, we ensure that the actually machined products are highly consistent with the simulated models, thereby achieving high precision in product processing.

  • Wax Injection

    Inject the melted wax into the mold through a wax injection machine to form wax patterns

  • Wax Trimming

    Correct and process the wax mold formed after wax injection

  • Cluster Assembly

    Qualified wax patterns (post-quality inspection) are assembled onto the sprue to create a complete gating system cluster

  • Slurry Coating and Shell Building

    The wax patterns are coated with refractory materials to form a shell capable of withstanding molten metal

  • Drying

    The coated wax patterns are air-dried to solidify the shell

  • Shell Firing

    The shell is fired to create a strong, heat-resistant mold, ensuring precision and quality during the casting process

  • Metal Pouring

    Molten metal is poured into the shell mold, and after cooling and solidification, it forms an SS304 precision-cast rough part

  • Spectral Analysis

    The chemical composition of the stainless steel is analyzed using spectral analysis to ensure it meets standard requirements

  • Tube Cutting

    Stainless steel material is cut into tubes of the required shapes and sizes

  • Punching

    Holes for water outlets, handles, and other necessary features are punched into the stainless steel plates using stamping equipment

  • Tube Bending

    Bending machines or stamping presses shape stainless steel plates into the basic form of a faucet

  • CNC Machining

    CNC machines are used for high-precision machining to ensure accurate dimensions, smooth operation, and extended product lifespan

  • Welding

    The bent and machined stainless steel parts are welded together to form the main body of the faucet

  • Polishing

    The surface of the faucet is ground and polished to enhance its appearance and smoothness

  • Assembly

    Assemble faucet body with handle, valve core and aerator

    During assembly, all parts must be tightly fitted, flexible in operation, and meet quality standards

  • Laser Marking

    The product logo is applied using a laser marking machine

  • Packaging Labels

    Identification labels are affixed to the packaging
