Trouble Shooting

Category Common Issue Solution Video
Pre Rinse Faucet Hose clogging 1. Turn off the water supply; remove the hose and filter washer;
2. Flush the inside of the hose and filter washer with high-pressure water.
TG1
Low water flow 1. Remove the aerator.
2. Inspect the aerator for debris and clean it if clogged.
TG2
Spray head clogging 1. Remove the V-shaped spray nozzle from the spray valve.
2. Use water pressure to flush out the spray plate, then remove the inner and outer O-rings.
3. Clean the V-shaped nozzle.
4. Descale the spray plate by soaking it in a solution of baking soda, white vinegar, and water. Heat until boiling, then let it cool for 10 minutes. / Use a metal needle tool to clear blockages.
TG3
Leakage at connection points 1. Remove the leaking connection point.
2. Check whether the O-ring is damaged, then replace the O-ring and tighten the fitting.
TG4
Loose body Check if the locking nut or screws are loose and tighten them if necessary. TG5
Stuck handle 1.Shut off angle valve and remove switch cover.
2. Inspect for debris, clean it, and apply lubricant.
TG6
Sensor Faucet Sensor failure (no response or indicator light off) 1. Disconnect the faucet from the battery pack.
2. Replace the batteries (for battery-powered models) or check the connection of the AC power adapter.
3. Wipe the infrared sensor window with a soft cloth.
4. Replace the solenoid valve core.
TG7
Continuous water flow or incomplete shutoff Replace the solenoid valve core. TG8
Low water flow 1. Remove the solenoid valve core and check the inlet filter for debris; clean it if necessary.
2. Remove the aerator; clean it if clogged.
3. Check the water supply line for deformation or blockage.
TG9
Metering Faucet No water flow or abnormal delay time after pressing 1. Remove the push-button valve.
2. Replace the push-button valve.
3. Remove the aerator to inspect for blockages and clean if necessary.
TG10
Failure to auto shutoff Replace the valve core. TG11
Standard Faucet No water flow Check if all water supply valves are fully open. TG12

General Maintenance:

1.Regular Cleaning: Monthly cleaning of sensor windows, mechanical press parts and filters to prevent scale and debris buildup.
2.Avoid Hard Impacts: Protect sensors or mechanical components from physical damage.
3.Check Power/Battery: Replace batteries (for sensor models) periodically to ensure stable circuitry.
4.Water Quality Management: Install a pre-filter to reduce sediment impact on valve cores.
5.For unresolved issues (e.g., circuit board or solenoid valve failure), contact after-sales service or professionals.
